South Bay tap water is hard. Its minerals dry as spots and a chalky film, which is exactly what you're paying to get rid of.

Launch pricing is locked for our first 50 households. Hard-water stain removal and French-pane windows are quoted separately, by the pane. Twice-a-year plans are available after your first visit. Hard-to-reach glass, like skylights, third-story windows, or steep roofs, is confirmed before scheduling.

We're a small, owner-run crew, so the person who quotes your job is the person on your roof. We'd rather do fewer homes carefully than rush through a list.

Does cleaning my panels really matter?
Dust, salt film, and bird droppings block sunlight from reaching the cells. Homes near the coast and the hills build up grime faster. Your monitoring app will usually show the difference.
Will cleaning void my panel warranty?
Many manufacturers recommend plain water and a soft brush, which is exactly our method. We never use pressure washers or harsh chemicals on panels. If you're unsure, check your warranty terms.
How often should I clean?
For most homes on the Peninsula, twice a year works well: once in spring and once in fall. Homes near construction, dry brush, or lots of birds may want more.
Do I need to be home?
Not for panels or outside windows. We'll need you, or someone you trust, for inside windows.
Do you do skylights and high windows?
Yes, in most cases. Tell us about them when you book and we'll confirm access before your visit.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit locks in your date when you book, and the balance is charged after your visit. Deposits are fully refundable up to 48 hours before we come.
